Automation and Robotics

When applications demand installation performance beyond manual or even automatic feed, automation and robotics (A&R) can be offered to further reduce your total cost of fastener installation. Implementing A&R within your production line can help you to eliminate secondary operations, improve quality, reduce overall costs and speed production. There are several solutions available to address your needs.

IN-DIE Feeding SystemThe PEMSERTER® TRU-MOTION systems integrates a Series 2000® press with rotary or X/Y positioning tables or robotics.

The PEMSERTER® In-Die Fastener Feeding System will allow you to feed and install fasteners during the stamping process, eliminating the need for secondary operations.

A StickScrew® robotic system is available for improved repetitive, exacting small screw insertion.

We have also developed robotic systems for installing Atlas™ blind threaded inserts. This systems positions the work piece, installs the fastener and then delivers the completed piece. Quality is assured for each and every installation.

All A&R systems are designed to meet your customer requirements. Our engineers and technicians will work with you to design and build the best system for your application. We will then provide on going support for your entire fastener and equipment needs.
