Important PEMSERTER® Service Information and Buy-Back Programme
Please be advised that a range of PEMSERTER® machines have reached their End of Service Life (EOSL). As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality products and services, we periodically assess our product portfolio to focus on innovative and advanced solutions that meet your evolving needs.
Effective immediately, we will officially discontinue support for the machines as detailed in the table below.
After this date:
- No further updates, patches, or fixes will be released.
- Spare parts may no longer be available.
- Technical support will be limited/unavailable.
We encourage customers using these models to consider upgrading to 5th generation models, which offer enhanced capabilities, improved performance, and continued support. Our sales and support teams are available to assist you with any questions or to guide you through the transition process.
