Countersunk Rivet Nuts | Sherex® by PEM® Flush Finish Fasteners - PEM Europe

Countersunk Rivet Nuts

Sherex® by PEM® countersunk rivet nuts are designed for applications where a flush or near-flush fastener head is required. The countersunk flange geometry sits below or level with the surface of the parent material after installation, making these products ideal for aerodynamic surfaces, aesthetic applications, or assemblies where component clearance is critical.

Countersunk rivet nuts from Sherex® by PEM® deliver the same reliable, single-sided installation as the broader rivet nut range, with the added benefit of a low-profile installation that does not interrupt the host material surface. Available in both knurled body to help resist spin-out.

Key Features

  • Countersunk flange sits flush with or below the material surface after installation
  • Enables aerodynamic, aesthetic, or clearance-sensitive assembly configurations
  • Available in round body designs for simple round hole installation
  • Suitable for steel and stainless steel material grades
